This + 300 square metre modern home consists of two separate areas which are completely
independent from one another with two separate entrances leading from a shared foyer.  

Main House:

The main home consists of three bedrooms, a family room, dining room, kitchen and large patio overlooking a beautiful lake,

The large main bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in robe and an ensuite bathroom with modern spa and shower facilities.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and is adjacent to a modern bathroom which has shower facilities as well as a bath.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds and utilises the same bathroom facilities as bedroom 2.

The house is equipped to accommodate 6 people.

Cottage:

The totally independent adjacent unit consists of a lounge, patio, large bedroom with an  ensuite bathroom .

The large bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in robe.
The ensuite has modern spa and shower facilities.

The cottage is equipped to accommodate two people. 

Prices start from $320/night for up to 4 guests*
*Extra Charges of $30 per child (3-16 years) and $50 per adult per night apply - sleeping a maximum of 8 guests

Although we expect to do a thorough cleaning of the home, additional cleaning charges will apply to anything required over and above the usual cleaning and deducted from your security deposit. Any damages to the property, plants or furnishings will incur additional charges according to the value of the damages or replacement value and invoiced to the main guest responsible for the booking if exceeding the security deposit.
